1. Self-leveling cement

Self-leveling mortar is a special dry-mixed mortar product with self-leveling and self-compacting properties. Its self-leveling and self-compacting capabilities are crucial for creating a smooth, seamless floor surface. A high-quality self-leveling mortar must first have excellent workability and maintain its flowability and self-healing ability within the workable time frame. This means the mortar must remain uniform and stable during this period. Secondly, the mortar must also possess sufficient strength, including load-bearing capacity and adhesion to the substrate, which are the foundation for the normal use of floor materials. Achieving these properties relies on the critical role of special-grade cellulose ether.

Max low-viscosity cellulose ether has excellent suspension properties, effectively preventing slurry settling and bleeding; it does not affect the slurry's flowability, facilitating construction; its superior water retention properties help improve the surface finish after leveling, reduce mortar shrinkage, and prevent cracking.

2. Ceramic Extrusion Molding

Honeycomb ceramics are a new type of ceramic product developed over the past three decades, featuring a honeycomb-like structure. They are widely used in fields such as chemicals, environmental protection, and biology as filtration, separation, and sound-absorbing materials. Due to the diversity of application areas, ceramic shapes vary, and the final ceramic forming is primarily achieved through extrusion processes. This requires the material to exhibit excellent rheological properties during extrusion to ensure that the green bodies and fired products remain deformation-free and have a smooth surface.

3. Eco-friendly diatomite plaster and wall coatings

Diatomite plaster-specific hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether (HPMC) is made from refined cotton through a series of chemical modifications, resulting in an odorless, eco-friendly white or light yellow powder that dissolves quickly in cold water to form a transparent gel. This product is specifically designed for eco-friendly home decoration materials such as new wall coverings and diatomite paint. It serves as an efficient powder thickener with excellent water solubility, rapid thickening properties, high viscosity, and strong water retention. It also offers good adhesion and workability. Its key advantage is its eco-friendly, odorless nature, meeting modern home decoration requirements for health and environmental protection.
